Simple Tiramisu

Salam,

Dah pernah cuba buat sekali...tapi macam x jadi jer.
Pastu give-up...hehehe
Last week masa sibuk mengemas almari buku, jumpa a bundle of recipes from old magazines.
Asyik collect resepi jer mak cik ni...buatnya ntah bila.
Hmm...macam senang jer resepi tiramisu dia.
Saya pun cuba tapi saya adjust sikit la...
Jadi pun....TADAAA...

Sedap.... macam kat kedai, kata nya.
Nak resepi? Ini dia;

250g cream cheese /mascaporne cheese ( I pakai Tatura cream cheese)
12 pcs sponge finger
1/2 cup whipping cream (I use VIVO jer)
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2/3 cup hot water
1 tbsp granulated coffee
1 tbsp sugar.
Coco powder.

Whipped the whipping cream until stiff, put in separate bowl.
Then whipped the softened cream cheese for a few minutes and pour in the condensed milk.
Mix well and add vanilla essence.
Remove from mixer and blend in the whipping cream.
Mix coffee and sugar in the hot water
Arrange 6 pcs sponge fingers in a bottom cake pan
Pour evenly half the coffee mixture into the sponge fingers.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the process with the balance ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least for 4 hrs or leave overnight.
Take out from the pan and sift the coco powder on top of the cake.
